Our careers events are now coming thick and fast as we approach the end of the school year, and we have the following taking place in July:
Year 10 Mock Interview Day – Tuesday 5 July 2022
On 5 July 2022, all of our Year 10 students will be taking part in a mock interview day. Each student will write a CV with help from industry professionals, experience a mock interview and receive written feedback. The best interviews and CVs will be awarded at the end of the day in a celebration assembly.Get practicing your handshakes!
Careers Fair – Wednesday 13 July 2022
This year sees the exciting return of the Appleton Academy Careers Fair, which will take place on Wednesday 13 July 2022.All students from Years 6-10 will have the chance to meet a range of colleges, universities, training providers and local employers in school during the course of the day.The careers fair will also then be open to our Year 11 leavers and their parents/carers between 3.20pm and 4.30pm.If you have contacts for or know of local employers who would like to attend and promote their business to our fantastic students, please contact sophie.hayward@appletonacademy.co.uk
