We are writing to give you advance notice of our decision to move some of our social media presence from X to Bluesky. The move will take place from Monday 2 December 2024. Our X account will remain open, but we will no longer be monitoring this and we will not post news or announcements from X after that date.
All content and important announcements will instead be shared via Bluesky and the Appleton Academy Facebook Group (as well as the usual communication routes with parents – letters, website etc). Our user ‘handle’ on Bluesky is @appletonacademy.bsky.social. We would encourage our parents, current followers, or those who wish to follow our social media output in the future, to please now follow us on this new platform: https://bsky.app/profile/appletonacademy.bsky.social (and/or apply to join our Facebook Group to stay up to date with our social media posts).
