The government have announced a national proposal to increase the amount of time primary children spend in school each week to 32.5 hours. In order to meet this new requirement, the Academy is writing to parents to propose a small change to the start and end of day timings in primary from September 2022.
These changes will add 10 minutes in total to each school day. However, we would like to give parents the opportunity to make any comments you may wish to on what we are proposing. To do this, you can email consultation.exceed@exceedacademiestrust.co.uk. Comments must be received by the end of the day on Thursday 23 June 2022.
